all reviews » Location, facilities. I can't specify what I liked particularly in the hotel - because I liked it ALL! The staff was very helpful and they really know the city, every time I've asked them how to get here and there, answers were perfectly correct. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was also nice.Everything was good, the room was clean and sunny. The homemade breakfast was tasty. The stuff is kind and good spoked english and german. The pension is near by the center, has got good public transport (tram and metro). The area is safe and quiet. Hotel administration responds to e-mail promptly. A separate entrance to the hotel is an advantage. Bed lining is always clean. English-speaking administrator.Really nice, helpful receptionist. Clean, well heated room, always hot water in the shower. Good location for the city centre. Really good value for money. Everything was great, actually. It will be good if stuff will inform guests before arriving how easy get hotel. Nearest metro station (on the maps) is on the high hill and it is not comfort to go down with luggage. It is more comfortable to get another metro station and then get tram. But nobody informed about this details.The only thing I'd recommend is to make the reception desk working for 24 hours. We arrived to Prague before 5 AM and we had to wait for 2 hours on the train station... Reception is opened only from 8 to 22. It might be not comfortable for those travellers who arrives late.Breakfast is served in a pub with a smoky smell, but otherwise all right. Just one thing: my towel was changed on the second day and they didn't give me more shampoo and soap.Small bathroom. Skip the bar downstairs. Predictably, this room was three floors up with no elevator, so this place would obviously not be appropriate for people with mobility problems.The locationis a bit off the beaten path - but once you realize whereyou are you can take the 18 or 24 basically anywhere you need to go. The room equipment could me more practical.Breakfast was poor in quality and quantity. only comment the towels were not changed for the stay ,and the bed linen was not changed once ,the breakfast was the same evey day ,may be a little bit more to choose from ,,but that did not not spoil our stay at the hotel ,. towels :-) but i got used to use bigger size of towels he he, there was no fan so I had to wait while my hair get dry. but thats just little things... grumpy breakfast staff. if you come during the week you have to pay 30 Kc/hour for parking from 8am - 8pm. Breackfast was poor, parking at the end of the street is 1 euro/hour (from 8:00 to 18:00).Pension don't have own parking so you must leave your car on the street. Watch out for city guard because they can take your car if you choose unright place. I suppose breakfast could have been more substantial.loud ventilation in the bathroom and no possibility to switch off it. the breakfast could have been better (I wanted to have a scrumbled eggs but I couldn't) ; else was really fine. no cups in the room. One of the windows can't be completely closed (wooden frame got soaked). No elevator and refrigerator in the number; towel is littel lacerated - this is acceptable in general, and price is appropriate, but "three stars" is abusing announcement in my opinion.our room has not been cleaned in three days, but when we asked at the reception they said, it should have been cleaned. So probably if you ask right at the beginning they will clean it. No kettle in room, not a great selection for breakfast.
