The hotel staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. They immediately took care of us when I called about the internet being down. Location was perfect especially with young kids with us. We were able to sight see, walk back to the hotel for a nap or to warm up, and then return to sight seeing later. Service in advance of our stay was excellent. The staf provided clear and quick responses on questions regarding facilities and parking space. The gave additional tips and were happy to help making reservations.
all reviews » The location was very nice - within walking distance of Old Town Square; the apartment was roomy and had a small kitchen equipped with basics; there were plenty of large, comfortable pillows. Very central, only some minutes to the big square in the old town. Good resturang in the buildings. The shuttle from airport very good and arrange the check in and check out. Big appartment. Great location to stay there, went with 6 more friends and had a good time, many places are just walking distance from the location. You get good value for money and a definite re-visit!. The stay is beyond my expection: really nice family room, good design, clean and full equipped kitchen. Quite cozy! The location is excellent and close to many sites. Price and location were fantastic. For the price we had expected much less and were very happy with the cleanliness and general style of the apartment. Location, location, location right in the heart of old town, plenty of space, very clean. Restaurant downstairs was good. We loved Prague!!!. Size/ layout of the flat, the main (two joined singles) bed and one of the single beds, the high ceilings, it was quiet :-D. Location is amazing, just in the center of Prague. The apartment is big enough for 6 people, there is plenty of space. If it would be able to get back MacBook adaptor wich has been forgotten in 21B apparent, that's would be nice. Well equiped large and clean apartment in a perfect location. large apartment- great location- nice kitchen. very strategic location. The apartment was good , big , comfort ,. I would have liked more kitchen towels for drying dishes and also more hand towels for the bathrooms. We only had one kitchen towel and no hand towels at all. The largest of the four beds was VERY uncomfortable; there was no shower curtain in the bathroom; although one towel per guest was provided, wash cloths were not; only one flimsy kitchen towel was provided. Sensitively. Nothing much, the only problem was with the currency conversions. As the checkin procedure is done in another place, to get the key and checking in is a little bit tricky. But anyway, the scenery is nice along the way and it is no big problem. Would be a great bonus if leaflets/tourist info could be in the apartment. On fourth floor, no lift and then the beds were in a loft, needed to climb a ladder to reach, also located right above loud bar. One bed squeeked a lot... the internet was not reliable and disappeared at times. You have to pick up the keys in a different location that is about ten minutes in tram from the apartment. Front bedroom very noisy until 4am Only one bathroom and toilet for apartment that sleeps 9 people. The check-in address is in different place, wifi was out of range. LOUD!!! could hear EVERY apartment door open and close- could hear EVERY person in the stairwell. there was a LOUD party above us the first night- they quieted down a little after we called which was nice. also heard a child screaming and crying the WHOLE time we were there below up. verrry loud. so not a very relaxing place- good location and maybe good for a group that wants to party but would NOT recommend for a family that wants to rest. It's a bit difficult to find the appartment. The entrance was not good ,. No where do they inform you that you must pick up the keys to the apartment at the hotel first, and park at the hotel, then walk 15-20 minutes to the apartment. They do not offer a service to take you. I tried to get a room at the hotel because we have a handicapped child, but they wouldn't accommodate us because we had "reservations" at the apartment!!!.
