Wonderful and beautiful small hotel in an old building. Very wellpreserved and beautifully decorated, in a medieval style. We stayed in aroom - in one of the upper floors - that had an excelent balcony with anamazing view of the whole city. The room itself was small, tidy, confortable and very pretty and charming.all reviews »
Convenient location! Comfortable room, with great view of the Castle. Fine breakfast. Helpful staff (we had our credit cards stolen, and they got us through to MasterCard and Visa so that we could cancel them; no harm was done). The location is perfect to enjoy Prague in few days, the room is clean and big and the staff friendly. Really good Hotel !. novel designs solutions to conversion of old tenement accommodation. outstanding buffet breakfast. very nice view, very nice location, friendly staff, value for money. Perfect location, large and very comfortable room, good breakfast. the room was brilliant and also the restroom. almost everything!. friendly staff. Great!. Convenient situation for visiting the sites of Prague. Had an attached resturant serving reasonably priced good Czech food. The room was excellent with views over the castle.Excellent value for money. Good location. Helpful staff. Good shower facilities and good continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. The hotel restaurant offered a wide range of food at very cheap prices. The rooms are modern and recently renovated and the location offers excellant value for money. very conveiniently situated for sightseeing. Beautiful views from windows. Gorgeous new rooms - great views. Excellent location, friendly staff (Sasha, privet ;)))!), non-typical room design - rooms numbered 50x are right above the roof, so the ceiling is at the same time the roof, very interesting! In this hotel you feel more like at home than like at the public place because of the atmosphere and the design.nice rooms, had a kitchen area, good breakfast, air conditioning. Friendly receptionist and breakfast room. Obliging staff and location. Free use of internet. the location. View.excellent location for nightlife, standard rooms basic, but clean, tidy. everything you want for a low cost, centrally located hotel. the taxi service to and from the airport that the hotel use was spot on. I would use again. Reception staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast is substantial if not incredibly good offerings. It was better than expected, but could use improvement.close to centre, hassle free reservation start to finish, helpful staff, asked for room with view got one - excellent. Fanatstic views from our room (65). Excellent location near 2 metro stops. rooms were clean and nice, good service for low price, carparking. the location of the hotel was perfect for seeing Prague.friendlines of staff. good location. Location, restaurant, rooms, staff. Hotel is in a beautiful building. Location. There are some photos of not so nice rooms, but actually we got a relly great looking one. Furthermore we had excellent views over the National Museum from the living room and over a part of the city from the bedroom. The staff was helpful and the service was nice. We used the restaurant to dine one evening and it was really good. We recommend it!. The breakfast was good and the room very modern, confortable with really nice view and very clean. It's located in the center of Prague opposite the metro station, Museum. The staff was really helpfull. I really recomend it.Very convenience because it is very close from the muzeum metro station. The staffs were very nice and friendly. The restaurant where where we had a breakfast was so nice and good atmosphere. The room was really good. Basic, but very comfortable, spotlessly clean, pleasant staff and a superb location. Good restaurant too.Nice and central, very clean, good bar and restaurant, very pleasant to sit outside in the garden. Interesting design of the rooms and hotels in general. Good location, cheap.Location in the city centre and good access to transportation. central location, room view, viewing terrace. Excellent location, big rooms for the price. the location, the restaurant and food.Very good location for getting around - easy access to metro, shops, restaurants and ATMs. Good breakfast. Restaurant and bar friendly and good menu. We had an apartment at the price of a double room. Big rooms, windowsfacing interior court. Good restaurant, nice quite terace, good prices.Familiarity - knew it from before. Quiet, rooms fine if not luxurious. Convenient positioning. Breakfast ok too. The location is great. Short distance to all sights. Can also recommend the restaurant in the basement.would have like an actual double bed rather than two single beds pushed together. The breakfast was not as good as I expected but very ok.the breakfast buffet, it should be full at any time of the given breakfast hours, great other than that. the shower did not work very well. They take single sex bookings ie hen/stag parties. Modern open shower - just lovely, but the water went everywhere and made walking in and out of bathroom a wet job!. Wish staff to double check all the facilities - some lamps were not working when we entered the room and it took several days to replace them - though, it's probably because of Czech national holidays taking place at that moment, so almost no questions here. The capacity of hot water in the rooms is limited (bowlers are used), but it's more of a constructional design, nothing to do here. Shower. Walls thin - disturbed by guests in adjoining rooms. breakfast was basic, but no more so than any other hotel of this type. given the choice i'd rather have an option without breakfast as there are loads of coffee shops / cafe's. would have been good to have tea and coffee facility in room but not having it wouldn't stop me going back.No English channels unfortunately, and would prefer that the hairdryers were in the rooms, rather than having to get one from reception, but not a big downside. Entrance to hotel a bit grubby, and poorly lit. It would be useful to have dedicated suitcase shelves in rooms. Something(s) in the bed made me itch like mad every night for all 6 nights. One of the women in charge of breakfast was extremely unfriendly, and glared at us aggressively when we arrived for breakfast ! One wonders why she is in the hospitality industry !. the amazing amount of stairs on the 5th floor!!!. no way of making a hot drink in the room. I recommend to hotel management to introduce wifi internet access if not possible in rooms then in some public areas at least. The breakfast however was not that great mainly due to the lack of variety. There may be some access problems for people with limited mobility.A receptionist is always available but not all of them speak English. just only one thing have to improve that the bathroom should have a plastic sheet. For the rooms above level 5 it might be a bit difficult for not very fit people, as there are steep stairs to negotiate. The view from the terrace is worth the climb though!. Cold everywhere outside the room, rather poor breakfast. Never try to dinner in the restaurant - you will regret that.Although there is a computer with free internet connection at the reception but it would be much better if the hotel introduced wifi also. breakfast and its service needs improvement; tv did not hv any english
channels- at least introduce bbc and cnn. no tea making facilities. Although there was a lift to 5th floor, our room was right at top of hotel, i.e. another 2 flights of stairs which might not suit everyone. Fortunately we received help with our luggage on arrival.
