The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus. The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. Excellent pool, kids loved to swim and I could do laps. The best location in Prague, at the center of everything. Very Quiet rooms. Family room had a table with four chairs and a couch and two very comfortable queen beds. Large bathtub.

I liked the breakfast buffet - a little expensive but had everything. I liked the location-near all points of interest for the tourist. Breakfast was very excellent.Rooms spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, helpful with tips on restaurants and going out, and for personal requests to the room. location was good and staff were pleasant. Not much, maybe more plugs in the room. Expensive. They closed the terrace and restaurant for a private event one of the two nights we were there. The staff was unhelpful with currency questions and gave us wrong information about changing crowns back to Euros. This cost us a 20% service charge at the currency exchange. Hotel's limo service is really expensive (4x than a city cab). Staff either cool and aloof or dim witted .One or two were friendly. Some barely spoke or understood English especially in dinning room . It was very hot and the airconditioning was not effective in my room. Noisy aircondition in room 523. Abnormal expensive garage. 2 days without spa. The room was a bit cold , the thermometer did not work. Smoking smell in the corridor's. A bit expensive :). not one complaint. Too old . Bad service at from desk. There was quite a bit of drilling and banging on the weekend, which was not helpful for relaxing in the room after 8am. Bed wasn't comfortable, bath tub was cracked, we were honeymooners and didn't get a two hour extension for the room.
