This is a newly opened hotel, fully renovated from a previous hotel chain. It has whole new concept incorporating reception and a trendy bar areas. Staffs are all young people and are extremely friendly. While many people are enjoying this new concept, some people may find it too noisy. The rooms are very clean and also with trendy design; again, the semi-open bathroom design may not be for everyone. The location is at the downtown's fringe, but within short walking distance to the tram stops.
all reviews » Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). The hotel really looks great and stylis. I stayed at so many hotels in Prague and this is the best one ever. Amazingly modern designed hotel with a good restaurant. Everything in the hotel is brand new. Rooms are very comfortable and stylish. Lobby/bar area is so tempting with all its decorations and lights that it makes you want to hang out there. Staff were absolutely professional and friendly at the same time. It is great value for money the hotel is brand new every thing was clean and at very good standard excellent generous breakfast. Very well decorated and about 20 minutes walking distance from Prague old town. The General Manager was so cooperative person. Brand new design hotel. I had a nice double room with a great bed and bathroom. Very nice gym (free) with brand new equipment. Metro station is around the corner. Food in restaurant is also good. The interior design is very beautiful and new. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to metro and to the main turist attractions.Nice bar. All very good!. The room was quite big with modern design. Hotel is near the subway station Křižíkova. beds really big and confortable. Nice bar opened til late. Room are nice and comfort with reasonable price. the quality respond to the price. The check in procedure is a bit clumsy and is understaffed (they need to take care of the bar business as well). It would take a pretty long waiting time if different groups are checking in at the same time. The lift lobby at room levels feel like at the rear access and the hallways are gloomy. The electrical switches are confusing and I am sure they will be broken shortly (as people keep trying switching back and forth....). Nothing I did not like about this hotel. no thing. Daily charge for use of Wifi and only one device per code can be used. Very loud music in restaurant at night (it felt more like a bar than hotel restaurant). Breakfast buffet is to small for amount of people in the hotel, every morning it was a fight to get to the buffet and to find a table. English of reception staff is poor. The check in should have been simpler.i believe is one of the first hotels were I book through letsbookhotel.com and I have to fill in a long form with data which is already available when I do the reservation. I had some problems with my locker and had to ask couple days at the reception to fix it. Only on the fifth day they fixed, but after that they were still sending someone for two more days to fix my locker. So with other words the internal communication between the workers was not really great. Not enough room for hotel guests at breakfast. Had to wait a while to find a seat. One day we had to eat at the bar. Breakfast was expensive as well. Only a minor thing but check in & check out was a bit long winded. A bit of a cold design of rooms and hallways, it was rather cold in the room, unreasonable extra charge for breakfast, expensive parking. Checking in can sometimes take a long time. the longest duration for check-in I've experienced. Check in was really slow, restaurant menu did not have many dishes. The staff is still getting used to running a hotel. However this is the over problem in Czech republic with service. No free wifi , litil bet expensive. Breakfast is very expensive, it must be included in the room rate for the money and wi-fi 6 euro is nonsense, wifi is a way to attract customers. Staff was unprofessional and confused. You have to pay for everything (internet, parking, ...). Check in/out procedures are horrible. Reception in same position of the bar, not nice. Check in time require half an hour, too many people check in and not enough staff . the actual situation is no so good as the description. The coffee bar is only four mall tubes of instant coffee for two cups. we lived for four nights. only the first two days have coffee and tee provided.
