Restaurant had very slow service and dish was below par. Reconstruction, restaurant and bar closed. I was very pleased with the hotel. Because of construction, reception was a mess and there wasn't access to much of anything. Also, a long walk with luggage from terminal.Beds could be more comfortable. They put us in a room where they knew the phones were not working. Wedidn't find out about this until too late to change.Not all dinner choices available from menu. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with the hotel from the airport for shuttle bus pickup though eventually got through.The staff were not at all hospitable - cold to the point of being rude. Mostly they did not speak on the reception or the bar and to be honest I felt that I had disrupted their day. Breakfast staff were no better. shuttle bus service is inadequate because drivers do not know where the stops are and the bus goes very infrequently. No prior information about airport shuttle and no information about it at the airport information, either. Wrong telephone number in the confirmation letter - not to the reception but some other place - which meant that it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel after business hours. Hd to walk fromthe airport to the hotel at night - a long way!. It is a "No service" hotel and the price is high for the kind of facilities they have. 1) Hotel reception could not find my reservation in the system when I checked in. 2) This hotel charged twice. I paid by a credit card when I checked out. The hotel charged again to another card(I used when I had made reservation in letsbookhotel.com).

Our guests are more than welcome to take an advantage of TV with 13 satellite channels and PAY TV, radio and alarm clock. Every room is equipped with minibar, IP telephony and bath room with hair dryer and other equipment.. Due to the strict noise rules at the airport, the windows are unopenable and made of special noise-proof materials which make the rooms absolutely quiet.

The hotel is situated approximately 300 metres from the arrivals and departures hall of the main terminal (8 minutes' walk)

Transport connection between the hotel and the main terminal:
- Free hotel shuttle operating 24 hours a day
- Public buses no. 119 and 100 go from the bus stop in front of the hotel building (one stop to the main terminal)
- From the hotel's desk at the airport it is possible to arrange transportation free of charge

By public transport to the city centre (tickets sold at reception):
- Bus no. 119 leaves from the bus stop behind the adjacent Travel Service building.
- Go to the last stop Dejvická (15 - 20 minutes) and change for the underground line A.
- Go 4 stops and get off at Můstek (city centre)
or
- Bus no. 100, leaving from the same bus stop.
- Go to the last stop Zličín (10 min) and change for the underground line B.
- Go 13 stops and get off at Můstek (city centre).

There is also the hotel's shuttle service (van for up to 7 people) available at an additional cost.
