Prague Main Train Station can easily be reached in a 10-minute walk, and the Old Town is 900 metres away. The Charles Bridge is 1.2 km away.

Excellent location in walking distance to the Old town, 3 metro stationsnearby. We were happy with service, receptionist and concierge werereally helpfull. The room was nice, comfy beds, TeaandCoffee facilities inour room. We appreciate the L`Occitane cosmetics in the bathroom as nicetreat. Also, cool restaurant with very delicious cakes and live music. We loved its location on the main square in Prague and so close to the many tourist attractions within the old city area. Easy to ride the trams also. The staff was very helpful, very aware of the local knowledge 7 directions for getting to those interesting spots.

Businple eed 24/7 internet connection and it is ridiculous to be asked 3,5 euros per hour for such a basic service.very expensive but very weak cocktails,awful view from rooms at rear of hotel(fortunately our room was at front,overlooking Wenceslas Square). Maybe a double bed instead of two singles put together would have been preferrable for a five night stay. There are no irons in the room, you have to request one and availability is limited. The cleaners on floor 3 were miserable, need to smile to guests!!!. no te/coffee maker in room. The guy from the night shift should be a bit more friendly, but all the other were very nice and friendly.Noise from street. The prices of the cafe-restaurant where to expensive. The only downside was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. More local food and more variety on existing breakfast menu.Taxis ordered by the hotel were always the more expensive then ones we got ourselves. AAA taxi co were very resonably priced. The hotel is not as new as it looks in the pictures. Bacon was well dodgy and water in rooms is £5 a bottle !!!!!!! ouch.... rude casino staff. Rooms a bit small.
