A fantastic hotel. An amazing place to stay to see Prague. Excellent breakfast. We could not have made a better choice. The hotel was clean, well furnished and well laid out. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were the most friendly, helpful staff you could wish for.The location was pretty good. Tram station very close to the hotel and only 3-4 stops (10 -15 min) to the city centre..
all reviews » We had the suite on the top floor and it was absolutely amazing. The room was huge, there were two bathrooms, ample storage space and a nice relaxation area which was great after having walked around Prague all day. The tram into Prague is about 200 m away from the hotel and the trip into the heart of the city is only 10 minutes. With AC, great breakfast and underground parking it was great.Wow, I must say that I was really impressed - friendly and very helpful staff (speaking English very well); modern and clean room (booked single, but got double :); very good breakfast; very close to city centre (4-5 tram stations, tickets in hotel). Garage could have been cheaper, but in the end the only way out was through special vehicle lift - so it was really safe there :). The hotel was very close to several tram lines (5 min) and reasonably close to a metro line (10-12 min). The rooms were a real value for money and so was the breakfast and the services. The wired internet was excellent. It would be nice if there was also wireless connection to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also spoke english fairly well.This was a very good hotel at very reasonable price. Not very far from the Metro station and old city center. Very friendly staff, spacious and clean room, free internet, etc. There is an easy and close access to night time bus and tram system, therefore, catching flight at any odd hour of night or early morning should not be a problem. The only complaint is that the shower head was stuck to the wall in a very low spot - about 5 feet up. It made showering a little difficult but there was also a bathtub, the water pressure was great and the bathrooms were very nice and clean so it didn't really matter.The walls were rather thin, so the room was not 100% noise-proof. No big discomfort though. no refrigerator or bar in room.The cleaning staff chat in front of the door at 07.15h on a Saturday morning.. The area it was in was very run down. N/A for hotel, would have appreciated a map showing location of hotel. Hotel cosy and clean, I found what I was looking for.At time too long clean the tables during the breakfast. The map of the Inos is not help and unclear.We reserved a double room instead we got a room with two single beds one right next to the other. The height of shower is rather low.It would have been nice to have the option of evening meals. There was no air conditioning in the room.The restaurant is for breakfast only, which is no real problem as there are a number of restaurants nearby and also a tram stop at the end of the road.
