The hotel staff-polite and ready to resolve your problems regarding the staying there, the housekeeping-very quick and attentive. the staff were helpful, kind, informed and friendly. stylish room/suite, good breakfast. i did not enjoy my stay at the Dorint Hotel Don Giovanni Prague. the only good thing was the service at the lobby's bar. Be sure to have a proof of the prepaid rooms.
