- Good place when you spend most of time sightseeing, you can sleep there well. - Nice personel - Localisation. There is metro station nearby, hostel is localised near to dancing hause, so it was easier to find. We had no problem with going to place like old city or petrin by foot. - Shared bathroom is only for two rooms. Great staff! Always smiling and trying to make my stay amazing! The blonde female staff member was very knowledgeable about the area and answered most of my questions. The location was fantastic only about 15 minute walk from downtown and 1 station metro ride. Perfect for a short stay in Prague!.
all reviews » Location was ideal. Two blocks. From waterfront. Fridge in hall outside our room was handy. Close to grocery stores to buy food. 20 min walk from the old town square. Underground parking was available for 19 euros a night two blocks away?. This was a great place to stay. It has such a great location, the people are friendly and there's plenty to do around. thoroughly recommend it. Location, near the river, about 10 min. walk from main square, friendly staff, large hostel,. with cooking facilities, it's nice for backpackers to save money. The location is very good, all the important sights within walking distance. WiFi was available at the reception / common room but luckily there was free wifi of the restaurant across the street that reached to our room so I could use also that. Some of the staff was not very knowledgeable. I had asked one male staff member about some of the interesting spots in Prague and he wasn't completely sure. Non included towels were not noted in the listing. And when we first came they also didn't have any for rent. Bedding was marginal. Sheets barely big enough. Not a big common/chill room compared to the size of the hostel, rooms had no couch to chill in. No bar for a hostel this big. Wifi is extremely slow at night since lots of people are using it. The common room is quite small and the wifi is not working well in some of the rooms. The hostel is situated on the 5th floor without possibility to use a lift. Quite noisy in the night. no towels and soap. Room would have needed some cleaning: the floor and the shelves were dusty and there was also some sand on the floor. I had to wear shoes in the room. In addition, our bathroom was very dark because only one lamp worked. And there was no soap in the bathroom. If allowed to keep lugguage over night will be better, coz we went to other town in Czech but don't want to take a big lugguage. bad internet signal. The room was a little dirty. The kitchen was small. Wifi is only avaible at common areas.
