Staff was great. Pleasant, helpful. Arrived with my friend at 8 and guy from the reception have given us our keys and said if our room is empty theres no reason to wait to check in to 12. Breakfast was modest, but adequate for me. Room was warm, really modest too, but quite comfortable. Hostel was always clean. I've booked two times two rooms, but resigned from one earlier. In consequence couldn't change more expensive room for cheaper one. On the spot it turned out that I've got two reservatio.

A security deposit of 10 EUR (200 CZK) is charged upon arrival and is refundable upon property inspection at check out. Please note that the payment is possible only in CZK and in cash on site at the reception. Please note that for group reservations for 6 and more persons, different conditions may apply. During winter season the reception is open from 7:30 till 23:30. All requests for arrivals outside reception opening hours are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that upper floors are accessible only by stairs. Please inform Clown and Bard Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 10 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
