My entire group is really satisfied with our stay in Apartmány Salabka. It is very comfortable and very homey. The appartments are cozy, complete, stylish and luxurious. The staff are the family themselves and they are very courteous, friendly, hospitable and accommodating. I can't really think of anything bad about this apartment. They exceeded our expectations. This is definitely a five star accommodation yet budget friendly.
all reviews » The staff were excellent - very friendly and helped us out when we needed to go to the doctors. They helped call taxis and translate things for us. The breakfast is cheap (I think 4 euro per person) and is a huge spread delivered to your room. The room and surroundings were lovely. We also were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Absolutely fantastic apartment, clean and spacious with everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in this part of Prague. Although our reason for the trip was to spend time at an event in Troja, we had no problem walking into Prague centre. Fantastic breakfast also. I like location very much, because while travelling by car it was easy to get to the center, and there is a convinient free parking. Really great! Absolutely new apparts with even more devices than one may need. Botanic garden really wonderfull in shine wheather. It was the best apartment we have ever stayed, the decoration, the facilities, you name it. The kid loved the vineyard and the zoo nearby. For us adults, we love the wine juice made there. Very new, nice and large appartment with all comfort you need. Good breakfast possible. Private garage. You can buy very good home made wine. Walk distance too zoo and botanic garden. Price / quality one of the best I ever had. Friendly service, clean, modern, a lot of space. please change the category from 3 stars to 4 minimum. Very comfortable, fully-equipt kitchen, great staff. Nothing!. It is a bit far out of the city, so if you're a backpacker or sight- seer, this place is not for you (although it is near the zoo). It's more suited for a relaxing get away - very romantic. The room was also not air-conditioned, but the design of the room meant that this wasn't too much of a problem. On a side note - beware of taxis from Prague Central Station - they can rip you off big time (use the ones out the front on the street, not the yellow ones underneath). Lack of open and affordable restaurants in the local vicinity but Del Corso was a 20 minute walk away so that was fine for us. Nothing. We wish we could have the two-bed apartment we previous booked. It is very nice to be in the quiet area of Prague, but therefore not near to the centrum. You will have to take the bus or car to visit the city. Very far from old city center, but at least there was easy public transport not far.
