amazing hotel, truly the 5 star experience. The staff is very nice, they do their best to speak english (but they are better in German). I think they really did an effort to improve breakfast, we read some bad reviews about it, but we thought thought it was good. The best thing about the hotel is the spa. It is all very nicely decorated with mozaieks, and you can choose from 5 different sauna's and hammams.

Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy! Balcony and terrace are inviting to enjoy beautiful and colorful sceneries. The spa is one of the best I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The fact that the hotel is a few kilometers from the city is not an issue because you will get a free ride to the city by the hotel car whenever you want. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a business meeting. The photographs of the hotel advertised are matching with the reality, very friendly staff and although it is a brand new hotel you do not need to be worried to stay. Highly recommend the wellness part as the standarts are really high. Would like to come back again. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were smart,polite and helpfull with every question. Hotel is situated in about 3-4 km from old city center. Place if wonderful, staff is very helpful and polite. All towels and facilities inside the room is brand new. Rooms are abselutely clean. Everything is perfect in this hotel. Deserves 10 in all. Parking is free and easy access. Spa facilities are free and in very good condition. Staff was very helpfull. Roomview is perfect. The Jacuzzi was much needed after an 11 drive (Petra kindly let us use this for 10 minutes evening though the spa was closing) The standard room was luxurious and the bed was perfect. I stayed there for 8 nights, the word excellent is not enough to describe this hotel, very friendly staff excellent on every little bit. Highly recommended. Breakfast is included the price. Luxurous furnuturs. The hotel is located next to a nice lake but there is a large road wich you can hear if you sleep with the window open. We had to sleep wih the window open since it ws 25 degrees in the room (in november) and we could'nt use the termostat to cool it down. Honestly, nothing. Relatively small selection from menu in the restaurant for evening meal but it is substitude by lovely taste. I liked it all. Fantastic Hotel. Food in restaurant is depends, familiy did not like. No coffee making facilities in the room (€5 extra). The breakfast was a little disappointing but not terrible. The resturant needs more improvment in services and the breakfast is very poor. everthing is good. Everything was fabulous!. Need to take a taxi in and out of town (but still worth staying here). Nothing. A little outside of town. small territory, no playground for children, close to road. Nothing. ...bed was too soft for us. food does not match the hotel 5 stars, poor breakfasts. Staff can learn English. Expensive. Insects are in the terrace.
