I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. What a fabulous place to stay in Cesky Krumlov. The owner didn't speak a lot of English, but he spoke enough for us to get by, and he was so kind, hospitable, and accommodating! He made us fresh breakfast in the morning (not just pastries from the local bakery). He cooked us scrambled eggs and bacon, made us crepes with chocolate and jam, brewed coffee and made hot chocolate for our son, had a large selection of breads, pastries, cereals, yogur.

With just the 2 of us, the breakfast provided is good enough to feed a family of 4. The pension is just a few steps away from the castle. Along the street, there are a number of restaurants. Hence finding food is definitely not a challenge. The pension is just a short walk from the bus stop where student agency buses stop. However, do note that student agenc. We stayed in this hotel few days ago and it was really cool! The location is perfect just outside the Crumlov castle. The room was big (I'd say even large), it was more like an appartement. Hotel owners are extremely nice and friendly. And last but not the least just a few words about breakfast which was delicious! There were tea, coffee, juice, cornflakes, then the owner made us fried eggs by his own recipe, and after that he brought us pancakes with jam and bananas and it was decorated like w. A lovely little B & B, great value for money! The B & B is family run, they are super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome :) They sort out your parking and give you recommendations on where to eat in the town as well as some discount vouchers! The breakfast is yummy and a great start to the day! The rooms are all decorated very nicely and kept very clean! The location is perfect, right in the old town, with the castle and all the shops and restaurants on it's doorstep. Very friendly welcome from the owner who showed us to our lovely room even though we were early for check-in. Spacious room with comfortable bed, bar fridge with reasonably priced drinks, very nice ensuite with great shower, and windows looking over the road. He carried our two suitcases to our 2nd floor room for us and he personally prepared an excellent ham and eggs breakfast for us the next morning.
