A very charming guesthouse with lots of character and in a perfect location - a 5 minute walk from the main bus terminal, a 1 min walk from the bus stop from the train station, 1 min walk to the best panoramic view of the old town and a 5 min walk to the old town square. The local theater is right across the street. Views from the rooms of the Vltava River. Very ample buffet breakfast. Perfect in every way.

The buffet breakfast was very generous with the selection,staff was very nice and it's possible to park up to 3 cars in front of the pension, so it is convenient to have you car parked right on the spot as most places in Krumlov do not have parking and you have to walk to your hotel with your luggage. Easy access from bus station. Five minute walk to everything. Great Breakfasts. Very quiet. They rent out canoes and kayaks for river trips. Excellent advice on places to visit, restaurants, and stores in town. They arranged a driver for an excursion and the prices were very reasonable. Generous sized rooms. great staff very kind and helpful. breakfast was great, internet was great, location was great. we hired a raft and paddled the river surrounding the town and found a lovely stop for a swim. The only negative would be if you cannot get one of the three parking spots in front of the pension, then you have to park a block or two away and walk a few minutes to your car. no airconditioning, two singles beds made up into a double. Size of room although there were bigger rooms on 1st floor. No standup shower but there was a big bath with shower head. Nothing. The heater is weak. A shower curtain would be nice to keep the floor dry. Our ipad just could not connect to their extremely slow wifi. Old building with lots of steps and access to restaurant difficult as it was below the hotel and accessed by steep steps at the side. Small outside smoking area accessible only through reception area which was sometimes closed. Breakfast average. No aircon Bathroom shower facilities tired. The wifi signal of the 2nd floor of another building was weak. The room was clean but few ants were found. Nothing. need for my wife to climb two flights of stairs to reach our room. Do not stay in standard room...noisy and very small. Rooms facing river excellent.
