This excellent B&B offers great quiet, very clean rooms and baths at a great cost-performance-ratio. The hotel is very small with only 4 rooms available. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The internet connection was very strong. The paying while check-in did not bother us. A great breakfast is offered.
This place is great, the rooms are pretty big, some have a beautiful terrace and the decor in the rooms is beautiful, the room furniture is made of good quality (no cheap ikea) The restaurant serves good food and good coffee. The neighborhood is residential, very green, there is a park close by to ho for a walk.all reviews »
Excellent overall .The location is great --close to major sights.Very satisfied with breakfasts and our rooms!. Very clean, comfortable and stylish. The room has very nice equipped,with a lovely large shower. There was free wifi . and the staff is helpful.We realy enjoyed our stay here !!!.
The hotel is located very close to Kravi hora, a very nice green-area on a hill overlooking Brno. Though small, it has a very nice and friendly atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just excellent, especially the coffee ;-).

Very decent room equipment. Modern interior combined with nicely and sensitively renewed "classic" style chairs and tables. Quiet location close to city center. Good choice and value for money.

The café, where breakfast is served was busy and relatively loud. It took some time until we were served. Breakfast was offered as of 9:00 on Saturday, so we had a later start than planned. There is no parking lot, rather one has to park on the street.
Nothing, everything is great in this place, the only thing I will suggest is having more staff for breakfast. The staff is just one girl and that makes the service slow.

You have to announce your arrival time as there is no reception staff, you are checked in by the Cafe staff, we arrived earlier than our announced time and sat in the cafe for an hour and forty minutes waiting for the staff to have free time to check us in.
Location was a little confusing for first timers. Some guidance would have been nice but no big deal.
Staff rude,breakfast average and poor compared to other stays,coffee
served miniscule after asking for large and told if wanted more would
have to pay extra.Hassled for payment even before shown room & when
advertised credit card accepted their machine was off line and we were
continually hassled for cash up front payment. Parking on street at a
premium (told reservation not possible but easy.).
