When you first arrive, especially if at night, you may think you've made a horrible mistake. The outside of the apartment is not very promising. However, once inside, you may never want to leave. We loved our 2-bedroom apartment and immediately started talking about wanting our place back home to be more like it. In particular, it is very sleek and modern yet inviting, with high ceilings and lots of light (but very cool "James Bond" remote-control blinds that seem to be common here in Croatia).

This is a beautifully restored old building with a great view of the park; near bars, shopping and transportation (tram). The rooms are huge, high ceilings, grand style, modern and very comfortable. Host is friendly and very helpful. Would strongly recommend for visitors to Zagreb; can't be beat for price. We also were able to park in courtyard which was very convenient!. Best accommodation we had for our 2 weeks trip across Solvenia/Croatia. The condo-style apartments are tastefully decorated and very, very spacious. Cosy atmosphere, clean, well kept, airy & bright. Each apartment can sleep up to 7 persons comfortably. Just a short 10mins walk to the main square and shopping street, very convenient location. The staff are very friendly and check-in process is simple. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything. The flat was massive, could easily sleep 8 instead of 4. Design was slick and modern, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. It had all the info and city highlights one would need in the flat. Staff were most helpful, keen to help and very responsive. Location was great, less than 5mins walk from main square and 10min to train station with groceries shops literally next door. The staff was wonderful... gave us some travel tips on other places to see in Croatia. Room was funky, modern and very clean and comfortable - IKEA-like. Also a common area, though we didn't use it. We accidently left a few things there when we left and the hotel manager mailed them to us no charge! Great location - right in the centre of Zagreb. The rooms were spacious. It was the best apartment I had ever booked (depsite of the low water pressure). The staff was very friendly. She told us where to go and helped us to book the car to the Plitvice Lakes National Park and the fee was reasonable. There are sufficient utlities in the kitchen. A supermarket was just next to the apartment. Modern, clean apartment located in a refurbished building with lift (most other apartments don't have lifts!). The receptionist was very friendly, happy to point out main sights & recommend restaurants on a city map. Location is convenient, between the railway station and old- town, just a short 3 min walk to the main town square. Had the apartment with the balcony and view on the top floor. The view was really great, and the balcony furniture made it easy to sit out and enjoy it. Very central location, comfortably walkable to/from the train station. Inside was very modernly furnished and clean. Had everything needed for a very pleasant stay. This place was amazing. Very cool, very funky and the staff were so very friendly. This is a professionaly run setup, it is not a family setup as you may encounter at most stays in Croatia. The palce is outfitted really well and the location is perfect. The apartment is fancy, and confortable. You can see everything is new, clean, and decorated with taste - they pay attention to the details. It's very central (5 minutes walk to the main square, 10 minutes from the train station), and they give you lots of useful tips on what to see, and where to eat. This is a true find. We were two couples with 2 kids (2 and 6 years old). We staid in the 2 bedroom apartment. Place is absolutely fantastic. Huge areas, modern furniture, with parking (although not included in price). You will not be disappointed if you stay here!. Simply nothing we didn't like. nothing. Despite they had 2 bathrooms, you could not take the shower at the same time becuase of the low water pressure. If you took the shower at the same time in both bathrooms, no hot water come out. Wifi was a little slow, but was at least reliable. Nothing. We were in a ground floor flat (A1) which was great, only problem was noise from people outside in the early hours. It was a Saturday night at the beginning of the Advent celebrations..... nothing. We rented a double room and expected to have a double bed or at least have two beds pushed together. The room had two separate twin beds. Small detail that was quickly forgotten when we got into the comfy beds 0:-). Taste of the room parfum. It was not the biggest room we've had, but price wasn't high for Zagreb so we weren't unhappy about it. No more cons at all. Our room was very small but it didn't matter too much as we were only staying one night. Absolutely nothing not to like. No shampoo provided - BYO. We didn't stay long enough. Strange street noise in the middle of the night - seemed to be late night deliveries nearby. - Room was tidy and spotless, but there's neither tidying nor cleaning, unless you pay for it after your 4th day there. -Towels replaced every other day. nothing at all. Nothing for the dislike box. No airconditioners or fans in both bedrooms so it was REALLY hot. The window shutters on one bedroom did not work so could not be lowered and therefore the sun came streaming in through the windows at 4.15am in the morning. No topsheet fitted to the bed so we had to use the doona to cover ourselves and this added to the heat - not a pleasant nights sleep at all....actually I didn't get any sleep at all. Some salt & pepper would have been good to add to the great cook up of veggies from the wonderful open air market in Zagreb. Only a suggestion. Apartment is right next to an old and noisy elevator. It didn't keep us up at night because we're really good sleepers, but someone else might have a problem. Nothing. The room was a little small, but still adequate for one person. Room was a bit sparse, no fridge. But apart from that no problem.
