Me and my girlfriend was staying in Henrik Apartments for one night. It was really nice. Owners are very friendly , they gave us a map of city Zagreb and told us some key informations about city and recommended some great restaurants. Yes the dog was barking, but it wasn't so enjoying, dog is very very old and you cannot blame him :) Of course all other stuff, it was clean, breakfast was wonderful, natural and healthy, and the room was all new and modern furnished. So we definitely will return.
all reviews » The room was very comfortable with many touches that are often overlooked in a cheap place (hair dryer, stylish furnishings, comfy bed). The staff was excellent, very friendly (with the exception of the woman who cleaned the rooms who refused to smile or respond when I said dobra jutra). My only complaint was loud construction starting at 6:45am and dogs barking all morning. Also the stairs leading to the second floor flat were terrifying. Everything was great. I am definately going back to this place as I liked everything there. It is located close to the train station (5min by foot), bus station (12min by foot). You can see the major sights there, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. And I am grateful to Katarina who helped me a lot in everything!!! Thank you!. We liked it very much. It is an old building, but the bedrooms seem to have been renewed. The bedroom was clean and nice. There was free wifi and the boy who received us was really pleasant. Moreover, it is right in the ciry centre, so you can walk to the shopping and restaurants area. we had a wonderful stay there. Very pleasant stay in the apartment Henrik. Great hospitality of Mrs. Katarina and her sons. Homely and friendly atmosphere. The room was neat and clean and is located very close to the railway station and the city center. Recommendation for anyone who wants to stay in Zagreb city. It was located in the very center, but in the backyard of a street, but you had a feeling you are in a village once you are there. There was a cofeeshop just on the other side of the wall, so we woke up to the nice smell of coffee. The staff was really nice and helpful. The central location is ideal, and the owners are very friendly. While the weather outside was very cold, the room was warm. The price was good for the central location (although I paid a reduced price). We were up-graded to an apartment closer in to centre of Zagreb when we questioned the address of initial one--which was different to the original one booked. Very good location, very welcoming hostess, who gave us a welcome drink, told how to get to square, got us cheap taxi for morning. We were happy campers. Staff very friendly. Central location, we got upgraded so the room is more spacious than expected. It was very nice and clean, near the center, easy to find. It was worm in the apartment. Strange thing, that for the same price we get two different rooms: one was very good and other wasnt. First room was big, comfortable, clean and wi fi warks good. The Boy at the reception is adorable and very helpful. The room very clean and with Air con. Near city center - 10 min walk - you'll love the place. Its near the Train Station and the center. Its OK, if you need something for one night to catch an early train next morning. nice in the backyard,. It is in center of the city and have good price for location. Took the time to show us to the rooms after registration at a different location. Rooms were quite out if the way. Location. the bathroom was small though. Besides, the shower had curtains instead of a screen, and I dont like that very much. I think curtains are dirtier. That we did not stay longer!. The shower room is really tiny - no space between the basin and the toilet. But I managed, and at the price I paid, I have no complaint. stairs were a little steep! but generally nothing. someone rang the bell in the night which was quite annoying. Parking was very hard to find and in the end would only cater for small vehicles.. Not enough hot water for shower,. A little bit noisy at night. No kettle in apartment. The other room was small, bathroom was tiny, not really clean, air condition and wi fi were not working. Both rooms (and every rooms as i sopose) are one the ground floor, and we have to keep windows curtaind all the time. The fact that there's no one permanentely at the hotel to help you if you need some. room stinks because of chemical cleaning stuff. some lightbulbs are not working. Neighbour, who seems to live there, listened to rammstein loud and with open window until 20 after 10pm. another neighbour let their dog pi all round the tiny grass in front of appartment wich was meant to be your terrasse. wifi was only working after configuring it manually. the bar belonging to the area is at 7:30 am full of people drinking hard alcohol. have no curtain on window and door so light is coming and you can not sleep longer. We were never give the wifi code. Credit card not accepted No wifi available The apartment was expected to be much nicer. The pictures don´t correspond with what you get. The apartment was very noisy it is in akind of common aerea and we were woken up at 6 am for people talking loudly. There was a funny smell to pee cat. The shower didn´t work and we couldn´t complain about it because the only person who spoke english wasn´t in in the mornings.
