The location and the hotel, it was truly a very beautiful building. The staff were very obliging and you could certainly obtain almost anything you needed. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Lovely bathroom. Very service-oriented. Traditional service culture with very helpful staff. Very clean throughout and good breakfast included in the price. Lovely building in an older style.

Our room looked out at a roof of a part of the hotel building; it was rather ugly.1) Rooms much too small for the price paid; 2) unfriendly hotel staff; 3) parking space before the hotel very uncomfortable and small. The darkness of the bedroom. The view on to the light well. The noise of the aircon units in the lightwell. The noise of rain on the tin roofs over the aircon units. I was booking a posh hotel!.
