Our room on the ground floor was spacious and clean. Good size bathroom with modern fixtures and utilities. Our bed was comfortable. Hotel is close to the main train station. Hotel is also close to the city attractions - a 15-minute leisure walk would get your there or a 5- minute tram ride would get you there. Freshly cooked breakfast is ideal for those who wants to get away from the standard cold-cuts breakfast. Ida, (Garden Hotel), responded to our inquiry on a timely manner and has provided.

Not suitable for anybody who wants to spring- up early in the morning on the go. No elevator, but the staff were helpful and carried my bag. It was recommended that I take a taxi to the airport but it was unneccessary and especially costly on a Sunday (double the normal fare) on me for not recalling that the main bus station was close and no more than 30 minutes direct. The only thing we could complain about is that in our room we had no tea station. Nevertheless the hotel was perfect!. When I booked I specifically asked for a room with a working AC (since it was very hot). When we checked in it turned out that the AC didn't work and the temperature in the room was 27C. Since the hotel was fully booked we couldn't move to another room. There was no elevator since it was still "under construction". This hotel was brand new and it was obvious that they had opened before it was really ready. 4 stars? No. 3 stars - when AC and elevator has been fixed. It was all good. While there was no lift in the hotel, staff were more than happy to carry our luggage to our room. If you have problems walking up stairs, make sure you ask for a room on the first floor - only 16 stairs up!. If you are sensitive to a bit of street noise, then request a room at the rear, away from the street. I had one of these rooms and it was peaceful. The directions were not clear Does not have an elevator, but staff was helpful. The graffiti - it is just everywhere. Rather noisy due to the tram stop outside. Cleanliness, we found a dead bug in the room when we arrived. Was under impression it was in walking distance from bus station. Had to take tram which was very easy and a few stops from there. Did have to climb alot of stairs but it appeared that a lift was being installed and it was good exercise. We stayed in room 317, which faces the street. There are several tram lines running down this street, which made it extremely noisy until after midnight and starting again before 05:30. The room is far away from the wireless router, and we could only get the signal from it if we left the door to our room open, or if we went to sit in the hallway. When we complained, they changed our room, and after that we had no problems. Only negative: noises of trams from windows. Curtains went down when we pulled them to open them manually. We asked receptionist to fix the issue on our return after 4 hours and nothing was done. VEry very loud if you get the room facing the street. Usually I sleep well, I am not very sensitive for noise, but it was very disturbing in this hotel (busy street with trams stopping just by the window). No elevator. No english tv channels. Poor breakfast selection. Didn't have a lift. The alarm of our safe box was crazy and switched on if we just occasionally touched it. There are limited car parking places at the hotel, so getting a spot can be an issue during the main holiday season. - 1 window was loose (fell out) and could hear everything happening on the street - bedside lamp wasn't connected, had exposed wire. This was corrected. No elevator. Some noise from the tramline, no proper bedside lamp (or table). Room had 3 single beds in it 2 pushed together to make a double bed. Would have preferred a double bed and mattress instead. There was no where to sit within the hotel whilst being with friends apart from my room. There were no instructions for the usage of the safe in the room. Beds were a bit too soft and room was not really spacious. Lack of electric plugs, problem with the wash basin (not a big deal though...). A bit noisy if the room is facing the tram-line. Weak wifi signal in the room Too far to walk from the main bus station. Noise, because single room is just above main street ,window need to be checked . Noisy!!!. Nothing. The AC is controlled by the front desk, we found the room very stuffy. Called down to desk to see what they could do. The woman was very friendly and said she would lower the temp, didn't make a difference. Air conditioning dripped on floor causing puddle. No lift and we were on 6th floor. Room did not have an opening window, only a closed strip of windows at celing height so was claustrophobic. Our room was on the 4th floor without elevator. So it was a bit painful getting all luggage up there. However the hotel asked if we needed help. Not sure if that offer was for free. Everything is modern and has been rennovated except the windows so the noise from the busy road woke me up during the night. Nevertheless the price was very good. Car park was not included in the price. Bathroom/toilet door did not shut. Wasn't really a problem for my wife and I. Cold showers in the morning. All good - maybe the view!!!!.
