Arrived on the overnight train from Munich and my room was available straight away.Location opposite railway station with local transport. Staff excellent.If I return to Zagreb would try to stay there again. - location, in the city center and close to the central train station - fast and free of charge internet in the rooms - excellent breakfast - great service. We asked a wake up call. but they missed. We were given a room with small windows at the ceiling. It looked as if it was designed as a storage room and converted to an hotel room. As the hotel was full we had to take it but it was unpleasant and expensive. Soundproofing was poor.the whole hotel stunk of cigarettes. the lift stunk of body odour. its a bit of a walk to the main centre 10 minutes. most of the staff were cold except one at the reception was very nice. it seemed to suit more the buisness person who smokes. small room, much too soft bed, too thick pillow.
