The newly renovated, family-run Villa Valentina is located in the popular Borik quarter of Zadar, close to many restaurants and only 500 metres from the beach. All nicely furnished, air-conditioned rooms and apartments feature free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Most studios offer a terrace and a view of the sea. Daily maid service is provided. The villa has its own secure parking. At the reception you can book excursions to many different destinations for a much lower price than elsewhere. A spa centre offering numerous cosmetic procedures and massage treatments can be reached within 300 metres. Zadar Airport is a 15-minute drive away. The Old Town of Zadar with the 9th-century Church of St. Donatus and the Sea Organ is 3 km from Valentina.

Anna is just great.She is there for anythik you need!The Brekfast is included in the price and relly to much!The rooms are beutifull and there is a dailly made service every day for free!The Villa is in a quite place close to the beach and just 30min walk to the old town!There are manny great Restaurants close by.Thank you Anna for a great stay in Villa Valentina.We will come back again!!.
all reviews » Own balcony plus two other communal balconies, all with sea views. Very clean room, good mattresses, free kitchenette. Good breakfast - cheese, ham, egg, jam, nice bread. Helpful owners - they accept euros or kuna or both. Quiet location, only 5 mins to good restaurant, 10 to beach. Easy buses to town. Only used taxi once (from airport 200 kuna).The landlady was so obliging and did some washing for us. Also they were very friendly and pointed out ther best tours to take. The room is equal to many hotels. Very happy with this hostel and Zadar in general. The staff and specially ANNA is great!The rooms are confortable and there is a cleanservice every day!Breakfast also great!Seaview wauuuuuuu! I definitely come again!. Comfort, cleanliness, price. The room was very large and roomy. It had a nice balcony to walk out on and watch the sea. The owners do not speak English, but we managed to get across to each other. The location is not right in the old town, but we were able to drive our car another 2 kilometers into the old town, which was really fun to do at night, with the sea organ and the solar light show that you walk on.The warm welcome and hospitality, the location. Noise from other rooms...walls were "thin".The one issue we had was that we had to pay to use the airconditioner, and we had chosen hotels/rooms on this holiday that stated they had airconditioning. We never knew that this was an option that had to be paid for. It cost 5 euro for the night. Despite this extra charge, the owners were hospitable and accomodating. The refrigerator was roomy and the room was quiet. The house is not very close to the old city. You have to walk for about 10 mins to get a bus. The bus ride is about 10-15 mins but it passes close to the old city. The air conditioning charge was €5 per room per night extra. The availability of air conditioning, and associated charges, should be advised in advance.Not easy to find if on foot - ask for directions. Air conditioning is extra charge. beds werent made everyday and no change of linen and towels. No air conditioning available, plus very small towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately visit was spoilt by building work taking place on the property and being woken at 7am by drilling etc. We visited in late October so out of season. Dont be put off by this but might be worth checking before booking that the work has finished. Was also quite difficult to find as it is tucked away, but we did not have a map to help us.breakfast not great. charged for air conditioning wanted same turned off all the time entered room to switch off. two small towels for five days. The selection was for an apartment. This comprised only two rooms. I would have expected two bed rooms, plus a kitchen/ dining area as well to be called an apartment.Need to take the bus to go to Zadar Center (20 minutes by Bus). The hotel is very hard to find and needs signs - ask for directions before you go. The room was definitely not value for money. The staff were not always helpful.
