Inclusive buffet dinner and breakfast. Its location and inclusion of 3 meals a day in the tariff. Leaving! The location was very close to the sea but no useable beaches were available - they were of stones / rocks. Plenty of car parking space. Rooms were clean but with older styled fittings. enviroment, because the hotel is in a complex with my hotels. Apparantly, breakfast and dinner, plus free drinks were included in our room price. I booked the room thinking it was just breakfast. all reviews »
the view form hotel was excellent. sea view, room was fine. We wanted a relatively cheap but clean overnight stop, and got what we wanted.location. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was okay and there was plenty of it and there wasnt any queues.I went on my own and was cheapish - about £50 a night. Overall was okay - not great but good for the money.The staff were extremely rude. Room was very basic with separate beds no queen sized bed. I thought that a German named/owned (?) hotel might be of good quality but this was not the case, the hotel has the air of a souless Communist-era concrete block, crumbling at the edges with large empty public rooms.The staff were friendly but Customer satisfaction has not arrived here. No elevator. Front desk didn't have a clue. Couldn't help us with what bus to take to the airport or how much a taxi would cost. I find it hard to believe we were the first to ask him that question. Tried to over charge my friend for her room because there were 2 beds in it - I booked single rooms and HE put us in twins the night before.getting to and from the hotel was hard at night. it was a lot further than it looked. quite far out of town. A little cheerless and impersonal. needs a face lift. It would have been nice to have had more info re local area e.g. better maps, bus timetables and that sort of thing. I went to the next door Funimation Borik and got heaps of help from their information centre.
