This spot is in the heart of old town. It's among several cafe/bars and restaurants. It's also a quick walk to the Sea Organ. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They sat down with us when we arrived and chatted for a good half hour about things to do and where to go in the area. The room for 3 of us was great. It has a kitchen, dinner table, a bedroom, full bathroom and an extra twin bed in the living room. Great location close to all the nightlife!.
all reviews » Beautiful room with lovely stone walls, with simple, classy décor, very spacious. Perfect location in the Old Town, right near to all the pavement cafes - a perfect location for a late evening flight arrival and being able to go straight out to eat. Being able to explore the whole of Old Town easily from here on foot was wonderful. We stayed for one night at Accommodation Gina. A very clean and well equipped apartment in the heart of the city, next door to the sea organ., five minutes walk. The owner was very nice and provided the information we needed during our stay. If we visit Zadar again, we would def. be back,. Fantastic host, excellent location right near the main square. The apartment was very quaintly decorated. Right near restaurants, shopping, the main sites, and about 8 min walking distance to the sea organ. Clean, bright, modern, spacious room right in the centre of zadar. On a busy street with music late into the night but not a problem once windows were closed. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Owner very welcoming. Good location for our needs. Good value for money. Location & rom as clean & comfortable. The curtain isn't the best - the water leaked out of the shower a lot. You will hear the music from the cafe bars downstairs at night. It was a little bit more expensive than other options but worth it for the extra attention and help the owners give you. Slightly difficult to find - no obvious signs!. There should be WIFI password info in the rom. We forgot to ask the host so we never took advantage of this service even though offered. A little difficult to find as the name isn't on the door. We asked in the bar and it turned out to be the right place. The night life outside the window on the Friday night was a little vibrant but fortunately could be minimised by closing the window and using air conditioning. Rather noisy at night since we looked out on a narrow street with a late night bar below. Not easy to find breakfast in Zadar, but Accomodation Gina should have a breakfast restaurant in near future. Closest free parking 10 minute walk away. Hotel was above 2 bars which were noisy to 2a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. We didn't see the staff much and it would have been nice to have got so e information about the surrounding areas from them. But on the ocassions we did see them, they were very friendly. A little hard to find, had to spot a very small sign on the door of a bar/cafe, then wait for the staff from the hotel part to come out - though the bar staff spoke good English. It was very noisy as is near a lot of bars so unable to sleep before 1am (or whenever the music stopped). The bathroom drains were blocked, causing unpleasant smell. Although the owner is very helpful, the staff that work in the bar below the hotel (part of same business) were not very helpful. No-one there when we arrived. Staff in their downstairs bar knew nothing about our booking.
