Very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all your needs. Very clean, good conditions and excellent value for money. Simple but modern furniture. Futuristic bathroom equipment and includes a hairdryer. Excellent breakfast for €6 in a nearby hotel managed by the owner of the villa. A great place to stay in your vacation - I did not check the beach but the Zadar town is worth a visit and especially do not miss a visit to the Plitvice Lakes.
all reviews » The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price. The couple that run the place were very helpful and friendly. The town of Sukuson was lovely and although we used the Appartments to visit Zadar we spent a lovely evening in a local restaurant. We would recommend it unconditionally. Had a great experience with the couple that runs the hotel. Mate was especially helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and introduced to a great bar where we met some locals. Friendly owners. Spacious room and very clean. The small kitchen area in the room is a great idea and had most of what you needed to prepare a light meal. Very close to the airport and Zadar. The room was comfortable. The lady at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was good. very friendly staff ...very helpful.. Convenient location to Zadar airport. very friendly and reliable hosts. The panorama and the breakfast. Close to Beach and AirPort. Clean, central to village, convenient to restaurants. Bus stop was 150 metres from the hotel. Restaurants close by, to get into Zadar there are frequent busses which takes about 15mins. Location was peaceful and quiet. Owners more than helpful to provide advice and help. Bathroom functional but not 100% finished - here and there small things, aesthetic stuff only. Hallway smelled a bit of cigarette smoke but not the room. This is not the apartment's fault but we had to pay an expensive taxi fare to get to the apartment from Zadar city centre. Best recommended if you have a car, or if you stop the bus directly in Sukosan village. Nothing. Rooms open out in to a very spacious hall that can be noisy (echoes) when other guests come in (some late at night). Nothing. The room was fine but the room smelt bad like they had a sewage problem. Apart from that everything else perfect.
