  Very nice appartment with excellent location near to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Split center and old town. Clean, good air conditioning and equiped properly. Very nice host couple helping us with transportations from and to the airport, and also giving help and good tips on how to travel around Split and to Hvar, Trogir and Brac.

  Very good located, 5 min from the city center, quiet, kitchenette, very nice hostess, perfect organisation (i emailed with the hostess, we got good informations and a taxi for the transfer airport-apartment at a good price.   A fantastic stay. The venue is a magnificent stone building, fully refurbished to high standards and centrally located right next to the Republic square and the Palace. Think we may have booked one of them selection and when we arrived we were moved to a different one across the street, or maybe my mistake, but anyway, it was better than expected. Modern and kitted out in ikea, had absolutely everything you needed. No need to go out and buy things except the main foods you need - the oil, spices etc. were already there. Enough towels, toilet roll.

  Location was excellent. Entry to the apartment on first impression raised concerns but were soon offset by the apartment itself.   Very good location (2 mn walk to city centre). Very warm welcome. The host helped us to park the car (quite appreciable in Split !). The rooms are brand new.   Ivo and Ive are amazing. They were gracious hosts opening their home to travelers world-wide. I stayed there on tow separate occasions and both times my expectations were greatly met. I will have to comment on their willingness to give travel and cultural information about the surrounding areas. Michael - The room had air-conditoning which was perfect after hot days. There was a tv with many channels in English. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and free wifi. The owner was helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were clean and great showers.
