Beautiful and comfortable rooms. We stayed for two nights upon arriving to Split and were really impressed with the location - it's right in the old city so you don't have to drive anywhere. Damir and his staff were really helpful - from figuring out how to work our gps, to helping us with information about Split, to contacting the airport and finding our lost luggage. The rooms themselves are very modern - a good size - brand new tv with the most up do date technology. Overall, an excellent pl.
all reviews » Great location and place. Rooms are large and very clean, latest technology and design. The staff is very nice and friendly, they solved all requests and you can count on their recommendations for eating and spending time in Split and surroundings. Avoid parking your car on the invalid parking places in front of the building for more than 5 mins, or you car willl be taken. It happened to us, and the owner was very nice and came with us to recover it. Lovely modern room, beautifully designed and great use of space. Staff so friendly and nice, nothing was too much for them. Had a small child and they provided a cot. Will definitely return!. Loved the staff, location, rooms, and facilities. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken good care of, and if we needed anything at all, nothing was a problem, fantastic!. The room was decorated beautifully, comfortable, nice relaxing decor. Lovely couple owned the property. Location was great. Highly recommend it. The rooms are very new, big and superbly nice..every room is different in size but they were all great..location was fantastic, very near the diocletian palace. Everything was amazing. It's hard to find. No real signage. Next to the bank atm is a staircase. Up two floors is the rooms. It's a good place to stay if you wanna e in the city center, everithing's close and the staff is very helpful. Located in the downtown area. The main part of Split is very accessible. The room was very nice. A hidden gem that has just opened. Ultra modern. Right next to the old city. The way the staff treated us! Excellent!. There is no parking in front of the hotel - but there is a parking near by. We drove our car in, parked for a couple minutes to drop off our bags, and then we parked the car and walked back to the hotel for about 5 minutes. No biggie. Being in a restricted area, there is no parking, but the staff will recommend you the nearest free or paid parking ( less than 5 min walk). Too many stairs but they do help with luggage. Don't be fooled by the entrance of this building coz once you reached their door, you will be surprised on how great they did this place and rooms..only drawback is they don't have elevators, but only few floors so its not even an issue for us and they are nice enough to help you w/ your luggage..it was sure worth it.. They need signage so that you can locate them. second floor first door on the left. I am sure they will have signs up now.
