Clean & tidy apartment, with friendly host. The location is in a quiet residential area, but just a short 7 min walk to Diocletian's Palace & main sights, through a colourful local market. They own a guesthouse across the street, and let us leave our bags there in the morning & go for a walk, as we arrived very early and long before check-in time. PRISTINE apartment, very clean, large and spacious. Extremely friendly and accommodating owner who lived right upstairs. She had things you would need, like a hair dryer and straightener, and helped you plan your stay in Split! Super sweet and welcoming and just wanted you to enjoy your time! comfortable beds, large and very clean washrooms.

They offer us a driver, who speaks very good English, is well knowledgable and enjoys taking you around at a very very good price. They email us to arrange pick up and keys. Bakery close by, little shopping too. Ana took the trouble to sms me at what time i would arrive; also she went out to the street to look for me in case i got lost. Maps and tourist info can be found inside room as well as in kitchen. Very nice bathrooms! Great location. The apartment was clean and spacious, well located within 15 minutes easy walk of the Palace and city. The owner could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The location is great and you can reach the old town, the beaches and shops by walking. There's plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Ana is the most perfect host. The room are spacious and not crammed with bunks. The rooms are bright, airy and very comfortable. Although the bathrooms are shared, they are individual and spacious. This is a home away from home. The owner was welcoming, flat well equipped. host really nice. Like most apartments in Croatia, there is no lift, so you have to carry the bags up the stairs yourself to 2nd floor. No problem for us, but might be difficult for some. About a 5-10 minute walk from the main city and harbor in Split. No formal check-in so we had to wait a while for the host to arrive (this was a miscommunication so make sure you tell her EXACTLY what time you will arrive!), had some problems with the WiFi. Although bedroom doors had locks, no personal lockers within the room itself so not ideal security for solo travelers. Nothing. Useful if there is a small signboard at entrance, especially for the first-timer. another toilet would have been useful. Hard to find the building so clearer instructions would have been helpful. Taxi drivers from the ferry port were rude, intimidating and overcharged us. The apartment is not very spacious. Didn't bother us but might be an issue if you have a lot of luggage with you. The bed could have been more comfortable. Nothing. It was difficult to find late at night, and as a solo female I didn’t feel super safe arriving. Overall really good, probably the bed was a little hard if we had to add one area for improvement. -Wi-Fi-signals were very low to absent throughout most of the apartment. -No knives available. Every time someone was taking a shower, there was water in front of the shower. The host cleaned and changed towels very often, so that was good. Not much hot water. Wi Fi barely connection.
