what did i like well it was only about 15 mins walk to the main drag; and a few bars and food outlets nearbye;where mainly locals eat and drank.It was safe walking back late at night;also the owner was a good egg. Good a/C. Few steps away from the beach and 3 markets which are open 7-23h. Nice bathroom. Good neighborhood. Close to bus stop (every ~10 min into the town). 5min walk to the beach area and 25min walk to bus/train station. supermarket around the corner. very quiet area. excellent owner.

Helpful manager. everything is good!. - The two young guys who handed over the keys and showed us around were really friendly and helpful - Everything was really unbureaucratic - A small beach, small supermarket and two restaurants are very close. Hosts were friendly, even providing some local wine one evening. Room was nice, although I ended up with a triple room even though my booking was only for one person!. Clean rooms, early check in, good location, conditioning =) Беларусы ухваляюць толькі пакоі на 3цім паверху. Pretty private, close to the beach. Good 20 min walk to the port and Riva area. kindness of hosts. The proprietor is very kind and friendly. We did the check-in just when we arrived at 7am. We woke her up because we didn't inform her before about the time of our arrival and she was very nice. The room was ready and clean. We were very tired so it was very important for us to sleep just when we arrived. Good location. Helpful owner. apart from the wi.fi it was all ok if i ever go back which i would like to do than i would stay in the same place. Wifi is weak. Owner is never around. Must pay in cash. No kitchen area. - This is more a hint than a critic: Always leave the button for the water-heater switched on otherwise you have to shower very cold!. Not the easiest place to find in the first instance, but better to navigate once you get your bearings. Rooms on the 1st floor are terrible and extremely differ from the romms on the 3rd floor! Moreover in some rooms it's a challange to take a shower due to bad plumbing. Але ж для сапраўдных беларусаў нумар - шыкоўны ;). My room was across the hallway from my bathroom - fine, just a little inconvenient at times. Couldn't find any staff to check out with, so had to leave my key in the room, and it was purely by chance that I had a staff member to check in with. no toilet in each room. The bed and the pillows are not very comfortable but it wasn't important.. We got a room in the garage for 50 Euro per night, not so clean. Totally disorganized. Uncomfortable. Depressing. Inconvenient. very dirty and no safety.
