Very comfortable bed, own bathroom and fridge, helpfull host. Wifi in room.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms, even though they are shared, are also very clean. There is a common kitchen were we can cook.
There is a beach close to the hotel (10 minutes walk).
The guy was very correct when he made a discount because a problem with the reservation.

Nice terrace to sit outside. The host gave us a map and provided us infos about what to visit and where to eat. Quite close to the city center.
For one night is ok, specially if you don't like to share rooms in hostels.
Shower head was stupidly low. And was a fair walk from the centre. Ok without backpacks.;).
WIFI is not available everywhere in the building, you sometimes have to go outside to get it. The last day we were there, it was not available at all.
You have to walk 30 minutes to go to the city center.

The wifi didn't work at all. And the location is a decent half hour walk from central Split.
The room in not cleaned up after last visitors. There is no bedding in room. There is no wifi internet. There is no tabel with the apartment name on the building. Very poor apartment.
We arrived at 5 pm but the room was not yet cleaned. The cleaning was done in about five minutes and not all the sheets were changed. One shower and one sink for three rooms. Sink was clogged. Overall not very clean. I would not reccomend this accomodation.
This is only a family house that rents out some rooms. No hostel, hotel, appartment or whatsoever. It is far from city center.
