Medulic Palace Apartments was easily the best apartment I stayed at while in Croatia. The room, bathroom, and shower were all large - a welcome relief from other small, cramped apartments I stayed at. The location is fantastic- about a 2-3 minute stroll to St. James Cathedral. The apartment was clean, and the owner friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were large, clean and modern. The owner was waiting to greet us on our arrival and provided maps and information on things to see and do in the area, including recommendations on where to eat. Great proximity to everything, being in the middle of old town.

Our greeting and checkout could not have gone any smoother thanks to the kind and wonderful staff. Centrally situated in a fascinating old city with no vehicular traffic. Very comfortable room. Lovely restaurants, coffee shops, places of interest and waterfront very close. Roni was very helpful. The room and its decoration was nice and modern. The room has airconditioning but you almost don't need it. Not too hot even in the summer. Furnitures very good. Sibenik is a beautiful city. Right in the city center, old building, very clean, welcoming staff, quiet, really worth it! PS: you have to park outside the historic part of the city and then walk about 300m... Very central location. Close to all facilities and bus statio n. everything can accept. Lots of stairs to get to the room. Also, the room had a window however it was so high you have to stand on a chair to open it - and it opens to a construction site, so useful for fresh air only, no view. Be careful, the address of the B&B could change. Indeed, in the comments, we were warned that the room was not located at "Ivana Pribislavica 4" but in a steet below. Firstly we had not seen this information so we were a bit surprised. But the room was very good. One advise: try to book your room in Kunas and not Euro, otherwise you might have a surprise if the currency change. Since in the old city, car access is not possible. Nearest parking is ~200-300 meters away, which may be a concern for elderly travelers or those with a lot of luggage. However,the absence of cars makes the experience at the apartments and within the old city much better. We booked a triple room but we had to make our own bed for the sofa bed (which is a bit short for an adult) upon arrival. The shower cabin is way too tiny that you'd find it difficult to even turn around or move inside, even for a small guy. Expect noise from nearby restaurants during weekend nights (that went all the way till 23:15 for us) although shutting all the windows and turning on the air conditioner will shed off some noise. The street light just outside the window was very bright and the window shutters let a lot of light through: bring a eye mask along... No where to sit in room. No tea or coffee making facilities.
