Hospitality, concern and great personal care of the Host. She was really there for us. She even gave us complimentary welcome drink when we asked about possibility of purchasing Crotian national liquour Rakija. When we mentioned breakfast she quickly, yet politely, offered us such option in reasonable price and made sure everything was there next morning punctually on time as we asked. The location of the apartmant is great, very close to the lakes, easy to find and everything that you might need (shop, farmacy, post) is just a minute away. Apartmant was very clean and tidy and the lady who received us was extremely friendly and nice to us, even brought us popcorn!! All in all, a great stay!. Clean, newly built/renovated studio, owned by a very hospitable people, who made us a lovely breakfast on the morning of our departure. to be considered an, Ivana seemed to be an excellent base of operations for visiting the Plitvice region. The owner was very very kind and friendly, she helped us with a lot of information and was very generous during our stay. No air con in room but it was still pleasant as situated in the countryside so there was a nice breeze!. I wouldn't recommend this place to travellers without a car as it is difficult to walk anywhere. No negative aspects. There were two couples in each room and one person had a bath in the evening and there was no more hot water for anybody in the morning. Perhaps they could adjust the water heater so it heats overnight. - We had cold water in the second morning. WiFi didn't work in upstairs room we stayed in. We had to go downstairs to get the signal. It was end of September, late evening so quite cold to sit outside when we needed to check some things in the Internet. Upstairs room's bathroom had some angled ceiling what made me to take a shower (which was not a cabin but a bath with a sprayer by the way) in very bended position - not very comfortable. Close to the mainroad, noisy. house is located directly on main road. very loud. no aircondition. so either hot or loud. at our stay no foreign television program. never seen the room on picture. landlord speaks only a few word english. rating of 9.8 is definitely to high.
