  We loved everything about the hotel. All of the staff there were helpful and welcoming. We had booked a classic room and were upgraded to a superior room. The room and en-suite were decorated to very high standard. The food at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast choices were varied and well prepared. We ate twice at the hotel for dinner and the food and service was superb, cooked - All of the staff we pleasant, helpful, and friendly going beyond the 'call-of-duty especially Marco, the.   The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy disabled parking for my husband - maybe the time of year helped. Very comfortable beds, pillows and very efficient shower. Excellent to have both BBC World and Sky News - very rare!   It is hard to believe how much you get from Villa Gloria compared to the price you pay. There is a swimming pool, several tennis fields, ample parking space within the hotel premises and spacious rooms with balcony. I really wanted to like this place because of the firnedliness of the staff and it's location, but i just felt it was a lot of money for what was essentially beds to sleep in. There was nothing available in order to "enjoy" the accomodation.   We stayed in the separate Stonehouse of the complex. Very nice cottage style with bedroom, small kitchenette, bathroom and a small loft for an additional bed. We also had our own courtyard and facilities. The owners were very relaxed and friendly. The price was also very good. - Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They could not have done more to make me welcome! There is a fantastic sauna and spa available. The location is walking distance to a beautiful beach and a few restaurants.
