We had a warm welcome from the owner, Dinka, who is the nicest host we ever met. Nothing was too much for her to make our stay extremely pleasant. She offered us self-made wine, schnapps and olives, fresh towels and sheets, fresh fruits, an enjoyable barbeque for all the guests, … She took care of us like we were part of her family. The apartment was perfect, extremely clean and really spacious, with a big balcony and a wonderful see view. There’s enough parking space in front of the apartment.

When my husband mentioned that the Internet connection was a little weak she sent for service immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a lovely time there. The place is beautiful so as the apartment itself. The owners are very kind and helpful, so it was a real pleasure to stay there for a week. We can only recommend this nice place for everyone who would like to have a relaxing holiday... The room and bathroom was new and very clean. The room had a balcony with see view and a small kitchenette with a fridge, cooking possibility and an electric kettle (no microwave and no dish washer). Also the tableware and pots were all new and clean. The host (Dinka) is the most hospitable and kind person we have ever met. The whole facility is new and clean. Each apartment has wonderful sea views and every equipment you need. We strongly recommend Villa Mikrut for a relaxing holiday. New rooms with all you need equipment. Nice location not too far from Split, but far enough from all that town noise and hurry. The staff is really helpfulup.The rooms terras have really great views, especially at the sunset. Nothing not to like. A note for English speaking travelers: Owner's English is very limited. She speaks good German though. Luckily my husband knew enough German to be able to communicate. A car is highly recommended, there is not much infrastructure around. Rather simply furnished, but as everything is clean and new, this is not a problem. A bit too far from restaurants although certainly have the facility to cook for yourself, which we did. More than a walk to the beach. Long way up from beach, more than 200m. Not the fault of the owner of the apartment, but when we arrived there was a water outage in the whole village, so we couldn't use any water in the apartment for a few hours. The owner felt really bad about this and offered extra drinks. Luckily it was fixed early in the evening. location: definitely you need car to reach there.
