  This is a nice, clean, modern apartment. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked great. The pots & pans were in very good condition. There's a big flat screen TV which we didn't use. The owner is nice but speaks German, not English. There's a small balcony overlooking the street. The apartment has a great location not far from Plitvice... what people say » . Plus there's a small supermarket nearby and a good restaurant that serves pizza and more. On site car parking too. - Very comfortable apartment and impeccably clean. The owners don't speak much English but we could communicate via google translate on my iPhone! Easy to drive to Plutvice and lovely to be able to cook in for a change. I would recommend it as long as you have a car to get there.

Very close to the Pilvinice Parc, which is a great advantage, in the middle of nature, well situated. The breakfast out on the terrasse with a lovely napkin, flowers and all necessary food was a wonderful time. Sure to be recommebded to a family in vacations in Croatia.

We had a problem in the bathroom (a leaking hose) and they called immediately the plumber and despite the pouring rain, the problem was solved in 30 minutes. WIFi was also pretty fast.The parking is very big and comfortable, the restaurant downstairs has good food and prices. The breakfast is not really great, I took a cold appetizers plate and that was much better.

  We couldn't have been happier with Villa Cancar. It's just a few minutes from the entrance of Plitvice Lakes National Park (not to be missed, by the way!), so it was very convenient for our plans. We are a couple in our late fifties travelling with my mother in law in her late seventies. When we arrived we were all booked into the first floor which was up some steep stairs.   The owners are lovely - very friendly (but thankfully not in an overwhelming way). The rooms are very good value. Very clean, efficiently set out and it's really helpful to have a fridge available. There's a shop, decent pizza restaurant and currency-exchange hotel within a short walk.
