Absolutely great, quiet excellent place to stay! We trusted the reviews and are so happy we stayed here! Lovely view, the owners are excellent and accomoncating, the place is so clean, serene, airy and quiet! I would so much rather stay here then in the 5 star hotel that is just nearby. Same view, and so much value for the money! We stayed in the studio apartement that is spacious with a big doube bed, (pretty hard but we slept very well) it has a well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with wel.

Our hosts were great, from early morning pick-up at the port to serving a delicious homemade meal that guests are treated to when staying over a week. Great location that was scenic /10-15 minute walk to "Old Town/Grad" and very near sheltered beach. Proximity to luxury hotels (Rixos &/or Bellevue) provided quick access to fun amenities/helpful staff. Guesthouse itself had lovely garden terraces and lovely view! Can't wait until I/we can return wit. The hostess was greeted us with a cold glass of juice. She oriented us to the walking route to the city. It was about a 20 minute downhill walk to the city. An easy bus ride back after a long day in the town. Breakfast and dinner at the villa are also available. We enjoyed dinner on their beautiful terrace. The view of the city from the balcony was a bit cluttered with telephone lines and such. But it was wonderful to look out at the sea. Appreciated the warm hospitality of the hosts. . The owners are very friendly and inviting. Suzanna treated us with homemade wine and cake the 1st evening, and offered us a lift to airport (a bit cheaper than taxi) so we did not have to worry about it. They gave us suggestions for couple very good places to eat nearby. A walk to the old city is pleasant with nice views (about 20 minutes leisure walk). A beach is 5 minute walk - rocky, but very few people there. And swimming in the sea is amazing.I have never stayed anywhere in the world where we have been treated in so friendly a manner. In fact, it was more like staying with friends than holidaying in a hotel or guest house. I thoroughly recommend the Villa Bonaca - it was outstanding. Susana was great. She waited for us and gave all tips we could need. Breakfast was delicious, and the apartment is located very close to one of the best beaches in Dubrovnik. The Old Town is 15 minutes away walking. Amazingly nice couple who own it. He offered to take us to the airport, gave us maps and travel guide, as well as juice upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable spacious room with balcony. Absolutely amazing. Villa is only 15 min walk from old city and 5 minute walk from the beach. Suzana is very friendly and a great host, so we had feeling like we're at home! Free parking. Loved the bed and the owner very friendly and helpful. Super close to a awesome swimming beach, there was a bakery and shops just up the road. Very friendly and helpful owners; in reality the rooms look even better and much bigger compared to the pictures; quiet location. You could buy food nearby at a market or bakery and keep it in the kitchenette for your breakfast. The manager is a friendly, very helpful young woman. The AC was appreciated, because Dubrovnik can be warm in the summer. But the evenings cool nicely and the sea view from the balcony was great. . Only bad thing was that we had to leave. WiFi network signal was intermittent at best and often patty when I was connected to the network. Proximity to Rixos Luxury Hotel & Casino made for occasional noisy night when cabs dropped people off there. Nothing whatsoever. nothing!. The location was a bit of a walk felt a little far to old city. WIFI Signal in the room not strong enough. Wifi didn't work.
