Very nice guesthouse in Dubrovnik. Clean 4-5 room guesthouse, kitchen facilities, and shared bathrooms. Away from city center, although it is possible to walk there. The stairs were not as intimidating as the other reviewers made them out to be, but I would take the bus if you have luggage. quick walk to a nearby market and restaurants. Kate was very nice, gave us a map of the city and gave us some good locations to visit. Great place at a great price. Thank you Kate!.
all reviews » The owners were very friendly and caring. They introduced us to the town-map, the bus schedule and so on. The house is very new, great furnished and alway clean. We felt very welcome and had a nice balcony with view over the port. It was a great stay!. - Ivan and Kate were excellent hosts always providing the four of us with helpful tips around buses, things to see in Dubrovnik etc - The facilities are top class with Wifi and plenty of utensils for cooking - The house is nice and spacious. Excellent value for money. Place has been newly renovated and it was very clean. Owner of this accommodation has been very friendly and helpful. We stayed week there and we will definitely come back again. Thank You for lovely time. I liked how we could travel by bus I into old city. It was near the port where we took a three island trip. The hostess was friendly and helpful. We also had a common room to relax. Internet worked all the time. Very helpful owner, very nice house, everything brand new and in top condition. Very nice position, just few minutes away from bus nr.3 that goes to the city center. Linda is very kind. Eventough the bathroom is shared there are 3 bathroom, for a total of 3 rooms. This is a very new guesthouse and they are still setting things up. The owners are very attentive. It is very close to the ferry dock but uphill. There is a bus (to/from oldtown)stop less than 100 m away. The woman was very nice and told us all about where to go and what do to and the cheaper way of doing things. For Dubrovnik the price is cheap and the commodities are really clean, bathroom are spacefull too. The owners are friendly and keep a collection of newspapers around for guests. The apartment is brand new, very clean, quiet, and has a nice common area and kitchen. very welcoming hosts and very clean. austere interior, the decor is fresh. Liked it. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything ok. - The house is located at the top of a mountain which makes any walking to/from it quite tiring. The best option is to take a number three bus which goes from above the house. Nothing to complain about. The room at the ground floor is very small. It's a little bit hard to find the location of the house. Don't be afraid of a super steep road to get to the house. Parking is a little bit complicated, but there's space for everybody. Uphill walk from market and very stairway is REALLY steep. however even though the veiw was amazing, it was very far away from the 'old town' which took about 30mins walk up and down hills, but you could catch a bus that comes frequently that is 2 min walk away. It's on the top of a hill, but I mean it's not that horrible !. It is a very long walk up the steep hill to get to this place. We had to walk up this hill twice; the first time with our luggage because we did not know that there is a bus that takes you nearby. At night buses run almost hourly, but the stops at the bus station are not marked, so if you miss one, you're stuck. guest house in the suburbs, but the owners explain in great detail how to get. Far away from the centre of Dubrovnik. No private bathroom facilities. The kitchen is quite basic if you want to do self catering. the landlady made us wait for two hours even we arrived at 6pm. behaviors were rude, crude and non-hospitality.
