Great location to the south side of the city within the city walls. Close to al the sights, bars and restaurants. The property is a house on three floors. Small kitchen, lounge and bathroom on ground. Bedrooms on first and second. Lots of space. No outsode space, you wont find that in any old town locations in Dubrovnik, but the top floor is bright and sunny. Close to bars etc, but totally peaceful at night. all reviews »
The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly.
The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
Antun was a wonderful host. Came to greet us, and he brought along a map of the city. Sat down to show us where everything was on the map. Just a very friendly, helpful host! Thank you Antun!!! The apartment itself was very nice. There was a full kitchen. The bathroom was very clean. The beds were clean. Towels and a hairdryer were provided. It was really wonderful!!.
The apartment is within the old city walls. The bedrooms are spacious and have lots of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped (apart from an electric kettle) and the living room has a comfortable settee and table that seats four.
Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room were very efficient.
The owner was very helpful and spoke good English. We arrived early on a ferry and was not a problem to check in to the apartment before lunch time, at no additional cost. The location in the old town is good - away from Main Street so nice and quiet. Excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect. The manager/owner was very helpful. The apartment was in a great location. Dubrovnik was amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I am picky. Would highly recommend.
Excellent apartment, the owners are lovely and very accomodating to our needs. the owners helped carry our bags to the apartment up lots of stairs and met us off our shuttle from the airport.
Great host who met us outside the city gates to guide us to the apartment. Also recommended a very good restaurant run by his sister - make sure you ask for the details.

There are a lot of stairs, but you can avoid this issue by getting to the apartment a back way. Antun will provide you with that information!.
Couldn't get the TV to work and the washing machine didn't spin clothes adequately. Anyone with mobility problems would not cope with the multiple steps needed to climb to reach the apartment.
The wi-fi worked sporadically and was very unreliable. Although the location was great - you had to climb about 100 steps to get to apartment - not ideal with luggage.
Hot water did not last long, space your showers and make them short. Must climb a number of city steps to get to apartment with your luggage. Antun will help carry some of your bags.
accomodation is up lots of stairs - difficult with heavy bags but owners helped carry bags!.

we didn't realised there would be so many stairs to get to the apartment through the old town.very difficult if you have alot of luggage or difficulty climbing!.
That no one was there to meet us at 2pm at check in time. There was a lot of confusion.
