Great location. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport, less than 30 minutes drive from Dubrovnik or a one hour boat-trip from Cavtat. The hotel has a great, large pool area and the sea is just outside the hotel. Cavtat center is just a few minutes walk away with a variety of good restaurants and bars. Our stay was all-inclusive and the food was simply fantastic.The hotel's entertainment program is quite extensive. Our five year old loved the miniclub for children.The hotel is ve.

Location of hotel is very good,beach is near,you can walking around the sea to Cavtat and enjoy the sea view. Meal in hotel is delusions and variables,you always to find something for you. Sport and games in hotel were interesting. Great for Dubrovnik airport, staff particully Luci were great. Excellent pool area, close to sea, seafront bars, excellent restaurant and food choice, all staff friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Good size bedroom - very clean and towels changed daily. Lovely views and pool area. Rooms were a good size & clean. Location and food were good. Only short distance into cavtat town. Nothing. Sorry to say so but some of the guests from the former Sovietunion were a constant reason for irritation with rude and antisocial behaviour. I also got the impression that the hotel management are trying to please these guests, something they should not be doing. There is no free wifi at the hotel (30 Kuna per hour). A bit far out of the main area of the village but the view of the sea made up for it. Stairs from reception to the lifts meant difficulty with suitcases. Not very wheelchair friendly I would suggest. The food let the hotel down a little. We stayed half board but ate out several evenings. No heating in room nor in bathroom. You have to pay for wireless internet. Only a small bar at which there was always a queue after dinner. Hard to get a cup of coffee during day as coffee/bar facilities closed whilst we were there in Oct. Best to go out to the cafés outside hotel by beach. Chairs on balcony not comfortable even with cushions. Missed a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom needed updating when we used the shower all the water poured out onto the floor and ther wes always a bad smell. the waiters were very slow with drinks. Food could have been better with a more varried choice. The fact that the restaurant offered" buffet only " service. Very busy and chaotic at evening meals times. Only one lounge and that's by the evening entertainment. Anyone could come in via the beach gate to use the pool facilities. No tea making facilities in room & food in restaurant buffet was always cold and not very appetising. Reception is very bad. We were waiting for our room 3 hours. We took the safe and when we came to our room it was closed. We had to go to reception second time. Then the man came to our room and opened it for us. Reception said to us that we should change towels in Spa , but they told us change towels in the pool. Then the staff near the pool said us to change towels on the reception only. Definitely not a 4 star No wifi in rooms, only available in reception. Carpet in room was filthy and bedlinen dirty. Pay 40kn for safety deposit box for 2 nights Breakfast not nice Shower old. This hotel chain charged me a two day cancellation fee, and I did not cancel my reservation. I am still trying to sort this mess out.
