The staff was great and very helpful with anything we needed and giving recommendations. My friend and I got food poisoning (not from Isabella) and the staff seemed geniuinely concerned and called our room to check on us and brought up some medicine. It was very clean, luxurious by South American standards. Breakfast was amazing. Located close to good restaurants and bars. One of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed at: - Beautiful casa with character, including pool terrace for breakfast - Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff - Very clean and air-conditioned room with wonderful touches, including complimentary L'Occitane toiletries and Apple TV - Less than 10 mins walk to town center and cathedral square.
