The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. Price reasonable. Because of the delay of my flight, I couldn't make it that day for my reservation. They didn't charge me for that night while I was checking out. It was so kind of them. And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

I can't think of anything. When we arrived the guy from the front desk didn't finded the reservation from Bookingnow and when were going to pay they don't know how much the price is. The furniture,curtains, carpet is old and most have to be change. - none. we stayed in a modern, clean room with an ugly outdated old shower/ tub, dirty and stained. Why it wasn't replaced with the remodel?. Gym has room for improvement. Couldn't get clock to stay on. Small gym. Internet service is very poor. The gym is not good. The language : a lot of people don't speak English. The Hotel billed us for the 16% vat tax and reluctantly removed it only after a long discussion the Financial mgr was called. I understand the tax does not apply to foreign tourists and not charged to us by other hotels we stayed at in Colombia. The towels were not to clean. The internet connection is terrible; the room keys which are needed for the elevator , do not work - had to get them reprogrammed every day; restaurant is just acceptable - this hotel is a five star hotel in the owners mind only. 170$ per night is too expensive... The hairdryer did not fontion, it was not so clean for 5 star hotel... Inteernet eas over charge in rhe room... For the prixe I will never go back.
