Breakfast is fine, what we need to start a day. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Language is mainly Spanish with a few very well spoken English speaking. No problems with the Free WiFi. Free parking is very secure with street entry on the left side of the main entrance. The rooms are modern and very clean with clean comfortable beds and linens. The hotel is very well located, this is my second stay, I would definitely stay in this hotel for my future trips, it is near to Zona T and Parque de la 93, although it is on the main 15 avenue you hardly notice it because inside it is very quiet, best value for your buck, look no further if you are coming to Bogota, I highly recommend it. Location is perfect for walking distance to great bars and restaurants in the zona t! The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a safe area. I've been to Bogota 5 times and I would stay here again for it's location! Also, the breakfast is really good!!! Stay here if you come to Bogota! Also, it's really close to a transmilenio bus station, which makes getting around Bogota super easy and cheap!!. The room was great, ours located in the rear of the hotel, I would question any room in the front along the Kra 15 which could be noisy. Great breakfast, wi fi connection. It's not a 5 star Hilton, but if you seek and safe, modern, boutique-style hotel in Bogota, this is the one to choose. The room was well thought out and functional with sufficient space for luggage and clothing. The hotel was in walking distance of Parque 93 and the surrounding area felt comfortable for further walking explorations. The center of Bogota was about an hour from the hotel because of traffic rather than distance but it was still very accessible for touring. The hotel was in a great location near a park and close to shops and restaurants where locals go. It was very safe in and around the hotel. The hotel itself has a lot of personality and provides everything you need for a good stay for a really reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The Interior design of the hotel was very interesting and functional. The people that work at the hotel are very helpful, respectful and with great charisma. We had an issue with money whilst we were there and were stranded at a bus station. They looked for us for 2 hours to make sure we arrived back safe. Breakfast was great. Beds really comfortable. It took me a long time to work out how to use the TC - ie switch from terrestrial to cable/satellite. Some instructions for use would be nice. Also, the sound on the TV didn't work properly (speakers hissing) and the remote was also not working well. Its ECO friendly attitude means there is no fridge or minibar. They do have a taxi service which is more expensive but more secure. Nothing :))). Rooms in the front of the hotel have street noise when the window is open. Room not well designed, and sink not part of bathroom. Beers most expensive we encountered. gym was a tad small and the beeping of the machines could be heard from my room. Room was a bit small, and was first given a room with a big window of a view of the brick wall, but was moved to a room with a small window of the mountains. The constant drip which kept me awake most of the night. Good breakfast and getting better. The coffee station is always an issue somehow. TV remote did not work well. rooms a bit small, no closets. -No complaints :). Hotel taxi hikes up the price, flag one on the street. tv system is not the best, lacks channels and not easy to change channels... the housekeeper attitude was rude. Need to remind front desk that non resident stays are not subject to VAT. A swimming pool would have been nice. Rooms are way too spartan for the money. Minimalists to the extreme, nothing fancy, basic accomodations. Terrible cable service, most channels wrere not included in service. WiFi was a little unreliable at times, no heat or A/C in the rooms and Bogota gets cold at night. Standard rooms do not meet the stated size, in my room did not have natural lighting, window showed the garage or parking of the building. Expensive laundry, expensive bike hire, washing of towels even if left on hooks, not being able to pay until checkout. Only channels for children, we want to watch a movie and there was only two channels for this. The bar in the lobby closes at 11pm after that no alcoholic beverages available, also not in their 'tienda' which replaces room service. Over all this hotel is very good, but this me and my colleagues found worthy mentioning here. Once you know this it's no problem. Breakfest is good, but repetitive. Could change a little bit.

Please note that guests leaving after check out time will be penalized with the full payment of the reservation. One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when using existing beds in the Twin Rooms. Double and Queen rooms can only accommodate 1 child under 12 if he/she is accompanied by an adult.
