The rooms are great, with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet that you can enjoy your night sleep. The location is perfect, the service is amazing, the cleanness is spotless, the staff are friendly, and the price is good. The breakfast is amazing especially if want Western style breakfast. The swimming pool is lovely. The Wi-Fi coverage is good. I loved my stay and I will be back anytime I am in Shenzhen.

I did not feel confortable. The bar is not interesting. The italian restaurant is not special. The way from Train Station to Hotel was hard, the taxi queue was huge. I had to take the subway with my luggage. room rates are expensive. Breakfast not too impressive!. Consırgne desl was very veak they dıd not have enough english and ınformatıon about cıty. No free shuttle. The cost seemed high compared to other hotels in Shenzhen of similar standard. The standard room was very small. The executive club room was better. The room wasnt the promised 38 m2 by far. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner.
