I stayed from 22nd to 26th August 2013 and was very impressed with the staff but in particular the Executive Lounge. I stay in many hotels in Asia, and in China, and can say that this is one of the best Lounges I've experienced. The team were very attentive but not overbearing and can see that the Manager, I believe is Jessica Lim (?), manages a very good team. The facilities are great, some of the best in Ningbo. It is just a short taxi to the local pub district. Overall its very impressive.
