    Hotel is situated in short foot walk distance to Century Ave metro station (Exit #12) so all Shanghai is easily reachable by cheap priced metro. Staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks well English. Room is clean, beds were very comfortable and minibar was filled up every day. Stick to using the Maglev train between the hotel & the airport...the subway line 2 train takes some time to reach the airport...whereas t - This is my first trip to Shanghai. Hotel is in a great location, next to the subway station - making it easy to explore the rest of the city. You don't need to stay on or near Nanjing Road to make your Shanghai experience great. I was especially impressed by the staff, specifically Paul, at the front desk. I saw him taking "ownership" of a problem with another guest and solved it with a smile. He is a professional and a great asset to Dorsett.
