Staff may just speak a little English but they are all well meaning and kind. There was an obnoxious guy in the hotel he was either a guest or a friend of the owner or a manager and he had the staff running around doing things and you could tell they were all on edge. The Hotel , whilst quite old , offered all the facilities travels could expect , the staff, were anxious to please and the service efficient and quick .Bedrooms were spacious , bedding new ,excellent quality and changed daily

Excellent hotel . Indeed five star hotel . Located opposite the lake. We received our request a room on a high floor and a magnificent view from the window sticky . Room is well equipped but small for three people . ( We asked for a room reservation for three people ) . Good Wi-Fi in addition there is also a computer. Very comfortable bathroom . H

3rd stay in this hotel. The staff are still so friendly and warm. excellent service, facilities & amenities, clean room and superb location. I love the lake which is located just in front of the hotel. My favourite spot for a relaxing walk after each meal. Enjoyed my every stay here.
