Very very friendly and helpful staff, though communication was a bit hard. Very Clean and tidy hotel. The Wifi was very good in the rooms! Location! great location! -2 min walk from metro station. -Located in the middle of the electronics market. -Surrounded by international chain restaurants (KFC, McDonlads, Pizza Hut) if one does not like Chinese Food. -10min drive from canton fair (the hotel shuttle was very helpful during the fair) Overall, very good experience and value for money. The breakfast was not so bad, but lacked of variety, i stayed there for 4 days and kinda got bored from the same breakfast everyday! Hard communication with the staff, very very poor English skills, but that's the situation in all china or at least Guangzhou.. sometime takes too long to get taxi. Breakfast was not perfect but It was good for the price. If it had some more non Chinese taste options that would be better. Breakfast lacked of varieties, should have Halal food for Muslims. They charged me way more than I was quoted on letsbookhotel.com. I was not happy when I checked in and found out I was being charged a lot more than I agreed to on the website. Very disappointed!!!!. There is sometimes a bad smell (sewer) in the room coming from the bathroom. We are check far from elevator... no wifi in the room, just reception area very noisy from the Tianhe Lu bathroom nice but already worn out. some of the rooms need to renew and need a maintenance. no WIFI in the room. only in the reception ! the breakfast isnt good for western people.its average but not equivalent to the price ofcourse.people at the reception have very poor english. Staff lost my letsbookhotel.com reservation. After a day they confirmed that they had found it. Then they in-error double-charged my stay..... Wasted over 2 hours time at the front desk. The price is too high for this hotel.Location is good ,but far away from the center. Front desk staffs not helpful and friendly. I will not recommend this hotel because there are many other hotels around this area. poor breakfast. bad wc smell. When I book from letsbookhotel.com the price was 61$ and I book for this price when I arrive to the hotel they say to me all the room is full if you like we have suit and you will be 150$ there is no chance to me because I came 3am so I have to accept the I told here I book the room she told we don't have room I ask here this is my booking from booking .com she say I know but I don't have room really its bad hotel.
