The staff was very friendly and helpful, and their English was pretty good The location is close to the shopping area with many restaurants around. It was in a fantastic location. Easy access to Tianfu Square and the shopping area. The buzz around the hotel was phenomenal. Very very old room, not worth 5 star .. Upgrade to renovated room by extra charge 300 rmb. New but small room.
