Just a delightful inn with a stunning location overlooking the city and the bay. - Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The view from the roof also a plus. I enjoyed and relaxed at this great hotel in a wonderful port town.

  My room overlooking the garden was very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to from bus station. The breakfast is very good so much it's impossible to finish. - The breakfast was absolutely the best ever. Loved the patio off my room. Perfect location. Staff worked with me on late notice check-out.

  This was our most expensive hotel (of 3) in south america, and yet still a "good" deal. We had some well priced hotels in santiago and buenos aires but they didnt have these features( hot buffet breakfast , large rooms and baths). For those who want a good hotel, this would meet your needs. Good features. Location was an easy walk to most places ... what people say » (along flat ground that can be a benefit), and our room faced the water, as the hotel is right on the coast road. - A lot better then expected on all accounts. Great view of the water. Ask for a room on a higher floor looking at the water.

  We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed us and, as we had arrived before our room was ready, they ensured we were comfortable in their lounge with fresh tea and coffee while our room was finished. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was wonderful....fruit, yoghurt, toasters, bread with ham & ... what people say » cheese, scrambled eggs, tea, offer, juice!! We were given a map and recommended the free English walking tour....a great way to see this lovely city. - WOW... what a charming place to stay... visited many places in SouthAmerica but this one was one of the best ever. Location is TOP, Rooms are big and very clean, Breakfast is healthy and good. You feel the italian influence (in a good way ;-) )

  Sometimes when traveling one reaches a point in which you just want a new, clean comfortable bland room. No quirks, no malfunctioning wifi, no unfortunate surprises. This is the place.
