We stayed for 3days/2 nights in this very nice and beautifully located hotel. Double rooms are well sized but for 3 adults a bit small. View from the restaurant towards the central mountains is spectacular. Breakfast is good and dinner was always delicious. This hotel is perfect for an enjoyable trip to Torres del Paine although quite expensive. Liked a big lounge where we could see the Torres Del Paine National park pretty well. Room was also nice, clean, had a big window. We had a superior room as it was advised in the review. It was right, without the view from superior room it is not worth it.

This was a very pricey hotel, but a good location to tour Torres Del Paine Park. i love everything about the hotel. The hotel itself is great and the views are just breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful , the staff was helpful and bilingual. I would go back to this hotel in a heart bit. We were there with another couple and the staff on reception were very helpful during our stay. Martin helped us decide on our trips the next day and catered for both couples who had different needs. Felipe of their touring staff spent considerable time suggesting hikes even tho he knew we had own car and would be out on our own Buffet dinner one night outstanding. Lovely buildings, grounds and spectacular views. Comfortable beds, good linens and towels and fantastic buffet breakfasts. Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, tour guides, extremely competent, common areas were wonderful. The outdoors staff. The Facilities. The view (from one side of the hotel). The views from hotel and staff were very welcoming. It has a spectacular view of the mountains. Breakfast is very good Friendly stuff. Location was good with wonderful views of the Torres del Paine and very near the River Serrano. The excursion dept was excellent - they really put out to find me a pair of chest waders so I could go fishing, the receptionists were very helpful. Water draining in the bathroom did not really work (E.G. Toilet clogged). If you plan to explore the park using a rental car, make sure to carry enough gas with you- there is no chance to find a gas-station! Next possibility is 75 km in Puerto Natales.. I didn't like that hotel staffs delegate everything to tour operators, including the transfer to/from the hotel. They should be more helpful to answer questions how to get to places, instead of "Ask the tour operator". I understand it is a big hotel, but service was not personal, I didn't find front staff friendly at all. No WiFi in the room, only in the lounge area. After 7pm eating option is just Buffet, which didn't look good and overpriced. The buffet, both breakfast and dinner were mediocre at best, but did include one glass of wine with the dinner. The rooms had no TV's. The bathroom had a useless, heavy shower curtain that wasn't wide enough nor pliable enough to block water from going out on the bathroom floor. Fairly limited dinner choice when no buffet- but of course this was end of season, few guests. Due to road closures, it was a little more difficult to get here (but worth the effort). the immediate access road is bad which is surprising for such a great facility. Should have games available for common areas, dinner was only buffet, food availability between breakfast and 3. The reception staff. The location (far from torres del paine). The breakfast is poor. The tours from hotel were far too expencive. Didnt replace the toiletries every day. This is not a hotel if you want to go hiking in the park. It cost us $200 for a round trip ride to be able to hike Los Torres. The hotel is far from any of the hiking trails and caters to tour groups and locals with private cars. The location is in the farest side of the park. Now, when the road from Natales to this park entrance is closed, we must make a 3 hours drive to get there. We arrived the hotel at night, we had a problem with the sink, but there was no one available to fix it. We had to wait for the morning. We stayed 3 nights. On 2 nights we were overcharged for dinner - on the 3rd night we went elsewhere. It is not made clear what you pay for. T.
